Ingredients:

  • 5 cups Brussels sprouts, quartered

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 mini sweet red pepper, chopped

  • 12 sweet cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 5 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 heaping tablespoon ricotta cheese

  • 1 heaping tablespoon Parmesan cheese

  • ½ teaspoon Badia Complete Seasoning

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Bowtie pasta (farfalle)
