Sesame Green Beans & Ginger Garlic Noodles paired with red wine - sipping sense, stephanie browne

Looking for a dish that’s quick, satisfying, and bursting with flavor? This vibrant noodle bowl is a perfect mix of texture and taste—crisp-tender green beans, silky noodles, and layers of garlic, ginger, tamari, and heat. It’s a go-to for weeknights when you want something comforting but elevated.

A touch of sesame oil ties it all together, while green onions and red pepper flakes add freshness and bite. Top it with cilantro (and a few sliced almonds if you're feeling fancy), and you’ve got a plate that’s as colorful as it is delicious.

  • ¼ package spaghetti or Asian noodles

  • 2–3 tbsp tamari sauce
