Looking for a dish that’s quick, satisfying, and bursting with flavor? This vibrant noodle bowl is a perfect mix of texture and taste—crisp-tender green beans, silky noodles, and layers of garlic, ginger, tamari, and heat. It’s a go-to for weeknights when you want something comforting but elevated.
A touch of sesame oil ties it all together, while green onions and red pepper flakes add freshness and bite. Top it with cilantro (and a few sliced almonds if you're feeling fancy), and you’ve got a plate that’s as colorful as it is delicious.
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans (ends trimmed)
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp sesame oil
¼ package spaghetti or Asian noodles
2–3 tbsp tamari sauce
1 tsp ginger powder or 1 tbsp fresh minced ginger
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Optional: fresh cilantro and sliced almonds
