Working with chefs, restaurants, hospitality teams, and private hosts, I develop wine selections that complement each course while giving guests an opportunity to discover the stories, regions, grapes, producers, and traditions behind the wines.
Throughout the dinner, I guide guests through each pairing in a way that is informative without interrupting the pleasure of the evening. The goal is not simply to teach people about wine—it is to help them experience why a particular wine and dish work so beautifully together.
Guided Wine Tastings
